By accessing the platform of The Three Aminos, browsing our chemical catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("Purchaser", "Client", or "Researcher") enter into an irrevocable, legally binding agreement with The Three Aminos LLC. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing this website and acquiring materials.

Purchasers represent and warrant that they are at least 21 years of age, are fully credentialed or affiliated with recognized research facilities, academic laboratories, or corporate scientific entities, and possess the requisite safety training to handle non-pharmaceutical chemical specimens.

1.1 Account Security & Verification

The Three Aminos reserves the unconditional right to request institutional affiliation credentials, academic emails, or tax identification numbers prior to order fulfillment. Any account found falsifying researcher identities or shipping to non-compliant residential forwarding addresses will be terminated immediately, and corresponding orders will be canceled and refunded minus processing fees.

1.2 Pricing, Inventory & Batch Continuity

Prices and batch availability are updated continuously based on analytical purity verification cycles. While we endeavor to maintain strict catalog availability, we reserve the right to modify specifications, adjust volume tiers, or cancel orders containing typographical or inventory synchronization errors.

Under no circumstances shall products sold by The Three Aminos be used for:

• In vivo administration to humans or household/agricultural animals.
• Diagnostic, prognostic, therapeutic, or palliative medical protocols.
• Formulation into cosmetics, food supplements, feed, or medical devices.
• Resale or packaging as consumer wellness, fitness, or performance goods.

Any communication, inquiry, or suggestion submitted to The Three Aminos regarding human dosage, injection protocols, clinical efficacy, or personal health outcomes will result in immediate termination of the correspondence, cancellation of open orders, and permanent blacklisting of the customer profile. We strictly maintain zero tolerance for off-label or non-scientific intent.

This agreement and all transactional relationships between Purchaser and The Three Aminos shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, with venue for any permissible administrative or non-arbitrable proceeding held in the designated commercial courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Physical dispatch, sample storage, cryogenic preservation, analytical batch assaying, and freight packaging are coordinated via our facilities in California. Operations strictly adhere to California chemical transport safe-handling guidelines.

In no event shall The Three Aminos, its officers, chemists, directors, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the mishandling, improper storage, unauthorized diversion, or unapproved application of any materials sold.

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Three Aminos LLC from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Purchaser's violation of any applicable federal, state, or municipal hazardous material code.
• Failure to store lyophilized peptides at verified negative temperatures (-20 deg C).
• Inaccurate laboratory safety documentation or breach of these Terms of Service.
