Every compound distributed by The Three Aminos is subjected to a strict four-phase verification pipeline. We release only batch-verified lots backed by full third-party chromatographic data.

Batch Isolation & Representative Sampling
Upon synthesis completion, raw lots are immediately transferred to temperature-controlled quarantine storage. Standardized multi-point aliquots are pulled across each batch to guarantee mathematical homogeneity prior to analytical transfer.

Blind Analytical Handoff
Coded samples are delivered to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited domestic analytical facilities without internal marketing identifiers. Independent chemists verify chain of custody before executing High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

HPLC Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry
Samples undergo dual-modality validation: Reversed-Phase HPLC resolves chemical purity against calibrated reference baselines, while Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms exact molecular weight.

Batch COA Release & Archival
Analytical reports with raw integration tables and spectral traces are finalized into digitally signed Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Batch numbers are etched onto individual vials for direct digital cross-reference.
